About Us
Amelie de Spot is a serial entrepreneur, consultant, certified Design Thinking Instructor from LUMA and SCRUM master. In march 2019, she founded ShapingFuture to help organisations with their innovation strategy.
With a knack for entrepreneurship and a stint in venture capital, Amelie has 20+ years experience across multiple startups and established companies across HealthTech, FinTech, Telecom, FMCG, and a wide variety of internet ventures.
Most recently, she helped shape the design thinking practice at Standard Chartered Bank, co-created new business ideas, and supported various teams on their fintech engagement strategies and implementation.
In Singapore since 2013, she designed and delivered 30+ workshops for corporates across APAC, and trained 800+ people with design thinking.
